    Sevada is a great personal trainer. I was apprehensive about working with a trainer since I am in my 50s and very overweight. Sevada was very supportive and caring while taking me past my comfort zone (in a good way). He also gave me a lot of good exercises to deal with my aging body's aches and pains. I would definitely recommend him!

    When I first met with Sevada, I had a shoulder injury which caused me a lot of discomfort. Sevada gave me exercises to help heal the injury, all the while showing me a weight lifting routine to improve my whole body strength and endurance. Sevada supported and encouraged me to push through the pain of the moment. He kept telling me that I would eventually be pain free. It worked. Today I rarely think about the shoulder.

    This has been life changing experience for me . Ever since I've been working out with Sevada I feel so energetic and healthy. I've lost 30 pounds and looking my best. I have to say I have been to so many gyms and I've had so many other personal trainers but Sevada is the best of the best.

    I've been going to this gym for quite awhile now and its my first time experiencing a personal training with Sevada. I had a really good session with Sevada I was really comfortable and had fun, he'll give nice you some nice advices that can inspire you through your fitness journey. 10/10 would recommend Sevada as your personal trainer

    Great gym! I've had a number of gym
    memberships over the years. ********** is my favorite by far. The size of the gym is perfect, it's never over-crowded, the clients are kind and supportive and they come in all shapes/sizes and the ease of parking is amazing. For the first time I started to work with a trainer, Sevada, and he has been just what I needed-- someone who pushes me in encouraging and motivating ways. He cares about his clients and their progress, and he brings great ideas for ways to keep the
    workouts interesting and working toward a goal.

    Very nice gym, clean, with good machines and very friendly staff and trainers. I've been working with Sevada for a little over a month now and he's been transformational. Only downside is not having additional facilities but if you're coming to work out, this is a great place to go. Work with Sevada if you can!

    I started training with Sevada and feel stronger and fit. I have extreme back pains, but Sevada was able to incorporate physical therapy to support strengthening my back. Thank you for not giving on me even when I was so incredibly frustrated during my training sessions. I am so grateful to have had your support, encouragement.You are an inspiration! I highly recommend Sevada.

    Though it often crowded (popular) the equipment is always clean and staff are great. Working with Sevada as my personal trainer and it has been a great training experience, learning a lot of new ways to challenge myself and focus on rehabbing after knee surgery. It's been a really great experience.
